Blugirl Fall 2010

Blugirl Fall 2010 started out with a snow-princess theme taken over the runway and I’m happy the black, grey cold winter days are very far away from this lovely feeling. Blugirl did animal prints too, but the pattern was over-sized if you compare it to the leopard dots that have been shown in almost every other collection so far here in MFW. Having the prints in a lighter shade they’re working together perfectly with the creamy backdrop. After all that white and dots, a little bit of gold was mixed in to give it some glam effect and the super-girly style soon went from being light to grey without loosing it’s cute, feminine vibe. Even though the show did take a turn and went from the lightest light to a very dark and black phase, it still kept it’s girly image. Spiced up with a little bit of gold and silver shimmer, many of the dresses are great as evening wear. The show closed with a winter bride covered in the most romantic white fur and a full-on dress taking over the catwalk.
