The Victoria Secrets Fashion show with their fierce angels are famous all over the world, and weeks before the show even take place, there’s always loads of speculations about who will walk the catwalk, the host and even the performance artist. It’s always a great buzz around the VS show, and no wonder. Year after year, they manage to give us one spectacular show after the other: always with a great theme, sexy models, sassy underwear, angel wings and let’s not forget the million dollar bra. What the shows always have in common, is the fantastic dream-world fantasy underwear. It’s not only a fashion show, it’s a big event, a happening, followed by normal people all over the world via TV and online. It’s the only fashion show that’s broadcast live in TV and always manage to attract millions, if not billions of people. 

The 35 leading topmodels of the world, always made-up to look like fantasy angels, struts down the runway to present the new Victoria Secrets collection. They manage to create a craving for women all over the world, not least the men. That’s probably why the underwear chain have such high numbers of sales as well. 

Many of the models take a break for one season, to give space for motherhood, but make a comeback the year after with no signs at all of a pregnancy. Adriana Lima, had to jump off the catwalk this year because of that reason, and Gisele Bundchen who’s normally out strutting it, decided to leave her wings behind. The big model talk of this years show was Australian model Miranda Kerr. She was also the chosen one to wear the $3 million Harlequin Fantasy Bra. The bra is designed by Damiani and have over 2300 diamonds in different shades. 

This years host, Heidi Klum, gave birth just before the show, and still she was fierce. She even surpirsed the audience by taking a turn down the runway. Hey, what not to do when you have fans all over the world just dying to see you do what you do best. 

The total coast of the show was $13 million including the Fantasy Bra. If it’s a credit crunch over at VS? No way, they never even heard of it.
