Sailor jacket for fall> APC vs. Topshop

I love to break rules when it comes to fashion and regarding the sailor trend, it makes a come back almost every spring. We take out our Brenton striped tops, the high-waisted white trousers and the accessories. But why wait to spring when you can do this gorgeous trend during fall, when everyone else don’t. A few seasons ago, when APC launched that navy sailor coat with the white striped details, I fell in love. But it sold out in no time, and I have ever since been craving one. I’m always searching through the high-street chains for one and I couldn’t believe my look when I finally found The jacket at Topshop. It’s not as perfect as APC’s version, but I guess it will work. Will have to try it out first, because it says navy color on the website but the picture definitely shows a black coat.
