Many high-street chains gets inspiration for their collections from the big established designer brands. But where goes the line between inspiration and copy. The discussion is a never ending story, and I can’t help but feel sorry for a designer when their hard work is being ripped off completely and sold for a ridiculous low price. Christian Louboutins cross-over ankle boots and the pair from Forever21 is way to similar to be put in the box as inspired from the original. This is a straight copy..

Shoes can make a woman believe she is the most ravishing woman in the world,is no doubt that christian louboutin have done even better.
I am so glad you wrote this article and I agree with you so much that it sounded like my own thoughts coming off the page back at me. I think any designer will admit to being “inspired” by others, but to so blatently copy another is despicable. To me this is like Forever 21 just laughing in the face of Louboutin. It is counterfeit, copy, plagerism—wrong!
