Last week our fabulous super model Heidi Klum decided to change her last name, she from now on Heidi Samuel. We still don’t now if she will continue to call her self Klum in her professional life or taking on the new name. Heidi married Seal four years ago and has three children together she didn’t take on his surname until last week.
