Having Carine Roitfeld as a mother must comes with a lot of good things, and a few less nice one of course. Daughter Julia Restoin Roitfeld did get a few perks by being the French Vogue’s editors daughter: ad campaigns, good connections, probably access to a “kill for” wardrobe. But according to Julia, it did have it’s downfalls as well. She was always forced to work as an intern at different magazines when she was having a holiday from school. And she was never, ever allowed to walk in flat shoes. She reveals that when she knew her mother would be around, she used to change to high-heels.
