I had very high expectations on the Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall 2009 collection since I actually liked that one better than the Marc Jacobs show last season. Since this line has a younger audience (ppl in their 20′s like me), Marc usually designs more edgy and younger clothes for his little sister line. I felt disappointment when the show started with models coming out with too much clothes, in my opinion. I know it’s a fall collection, but it was still to much layers of warm pieces. The show only got better after that and Marc showed us a big mix and variety of clothes. The collection did feel much younger than then MJ show and last years MBMJ felt more exciting.
