This lovely dress that Katie Holmes was wearing a few days ago during the Tropic Thunder premiere was designed by herself.  Katie got some help from her stylist Jeanne Yang to create the blue body-con dress. Even though she managed to design this stunning red-carpet dress, Katie has no plans of turning into a fashion designer.
